Hello,

We are getting providerShutDown() event on dialing invalid number from JTAPI Application for SIP phone, Working fine with Avaya H.323 phone.

Even though if we dial invalid number from AES Administration->Diagnostics->TSAPI Test ,we are getting providerShutDown() event.

Is this know issue? Is there any fix available for this issue?

JTAPI Version - 8.0.3 & 8.1.3 (tested with both version)
AES Version - 8.0.1

This issue is important for us. Can you please let us know if this is known issue? providerShutDown() in this scenario is major issue for production site.

I have not come across an issue like this before.

For issues in your lab, you should open a Devconnect technical support ticket. For issues in production, you should open a service request with your business partner or Avaya Services.

Thanks for reply Martin.
This is strange because we are getting issue in our lab and customer setup both. If we dial/consult invalid number from AES TSAPI Diagnostics tool we are getting OUT_OF_SERVICE event.
We will ask our Avaya Vendor to open ticket for the issue.
