I need to design a app where the final goal is to push some buttons (cwc, particulary). So I need to register the CMAPI station first and the station password is required.
Is there any chance to register the station without a password on CM?

I know e.g there is a DMCC registration performed and initiated by Workspaces snapin and apparently there is no password required. So apparentlty such reg without password is possible? or the password is retrieved somehow behind the scenes?

Yes, this is possible using SDB Authorization. Have a look at the "User Authorization Policies" section of the DMCC programmers guide - the SDB subsection.
