What is the default value for dtmf entry in a Prompt and Collect node?

Says "This property has no default value. The default value for this is set on the server that handles DTMF responses."

Which server is it referring to? And where is this value?

Are you using the property in the P/C node at all? If not, there must be a value you can configure on the platform side. I am not sure what the default is there.

The Property in the P/C has a setting for inter digit timeout which seems to work.

What I need now is how to set the "first character" timeout. This is how long the system will wait a a P/C block before throwing a No Input condition.

I don't see any reference anywhere in the OD documents. The only reference I see is for the inter digit timer which occurs once an input is stated for a multi character input.

In looking at the trace.log I see the about a 5 sec between when the P/C page is sent and the No Input occurs.

I think you are talking about the timeout which you would set in the prompt editor.
