When running my application against the BDE I was getting TSAPI private data in my call established events. I was using the UCID in that private data to track calls (especially conference calls). In running my application against the AES in the Avaya remote lab I am not getting any private data. Is there some setting that controls this?

Thanks

The post likely explanation is that the Communication Manager is not sending UCID to the AE Services.

Make sure the following parameters are set to y:

change system-parameters features
Create Universal Call ID (UCID)?
Send UCID to ASAI?

display system-parameters customer-options
ASAI Link Core Capabilities?
ASAI Link Plus Capabilities?

Thanks for the reply. Are those settings in the Communication Manager UI somewhere? I haven't been able to launch the Native Configuration Manager either in the remote lab or in the BDE.

They are SAT commands. To access SAT on the Communication Manager, you will need a program such as Putty. Use it to ssh onto the Communication Manager. The username/password craft/crftpw should work.

Once you have logged on, type "sat", "crftpw" and "w2ktt".

To exit a command type esc + x
To commit an update type esc + e
Next page is esc + n
Previous page esc + p
Help is esc + h
