I team, I am from Target. I am using Avaya OD 7.2.3 and I am facing below issue:
Even though I have wav files present for ! (exclamatory ), $ (dollar) and % (percentage) special characters, they are not played when we are making a call.
Can someone help me on this issue?
We upgraded from OD7.1 to OD7.2.3

I would need to take a look at the trace.log that has the vxml in it.

I enabled trace logs, but as of now Trace logs are empty and aren’t capturing any vxml.
@Wilson: Will appreciate if you can share the way to get the vxml in Trace log ?

I could apply the settings suggested by you.
Still trace.log on server instance is empty.

Can you please suggest if you are looking for trace.log from our application server OR from AAEP?
If from AAEP, please suggest the steps to collect those.
