Curious how others are managing 'hours of operations' for inbound chat sessions. Current vendor provide a mechanism to provide HOO, but Engagement Designer does not appear to offer a similar feature.

Essentially we're trying to develop a way to determine if we should present the chat option on our website that is NOT based on agents being logged in.
