Good day,

In an Avaya contact center solution with the usual entities (CM, SM, SBCE, AES, CMS, etc.) but with a single stand-alone System Manager: what will the effect be on overall CC functionality should the SMGR shutdown or become unavailable for whatever reason?

Will CC interaction routing/handling (phone calls, email etc.) remain unaffected while the SMGR is in shut down state?

Good day,

I've since established that there will be no operational impact when SMGR is shut down.

During this time one would not be able to perform any application configuration.

Also, since WebLM will also be shut down, applications would fail to check out licenses, but during this time applications will go into "license free" state, allowed for a maximum of 30 days.
