hi guys,

I have tried modifying the SMS_transfer workflow so that before it sends the contact to an agent it sends an "greeting" auto response by just adding a gateway and the REST service.

Do you guys have any working examples of something like this? Sorry I am a noob at ED and just going off by reading material or whatever I find out there?
