Hello, I've opened a ticket with Avaya because there is literally zero documentation on the Avaya & DevConnect websites for a platform I've been spending money on a warranty program for years.

I use an EDP server for Smart Caller ID and I need to make 11,000+ mapping edits and there are only 2 of us PBX techs so doing this manually is a deal breaker. There must be a way to download a config with all of the mappings and a process to update everything, does anyone know if such a tool exists?
