My properties for grammars are:

Grammar Compatibility: Nuance 10.0
Grammar Caching: None
DTMF Compatibility: local SRGS - Literals

The only value that comes back is the value for 'Utterance'. See attached.

Any idea why that is?

You would need to take a look on the EP side as these values are sent from there. I would look for any recognition error on the voice browser on EP.

For clarification...those values populate for EXTERNAL or DYNAMIC grammars...but not my local grammars.

Have you tried to compare the formats of the grammars? I was suggesting looking at the sessionslot*.log under mpp voice browser. It might give some clue what is going on with the grammar.
