Hi,

while login (inyama/service/session) using Avaya IP Office CTI Web Services we are getting this Response.

"HTTP Status 505 – HTTP Version Not Supported"
Description: The server does not support, or refuses to support, the major version of HTTP that was used in the request message:

kindly advice how to solve this issue?

There is no forum for IP Office Support through the DevConnect program; i.e. this is the rwong place to ask your question. IP Office support is provided to paying devconnect members at the support enabled (or higher) membership level through our ticketing system.

My advice (from a position of no information about what you are actually doing, nor product knowledge) is to use any sample app included with the SDK (I hope they provided one) and compare it to your HTTP headers and find the difference. If that is not possible, leverage the documentation and see if the answer is in there.
