I've created a basic application in OD 8.1 that plays a single prompt with one TTS (Testing 1 2 3, Testing 1 2 3)
Publish the app to EP 8.1
Configure the app with Nuance and choose a voice from the voice talents available.
Call the extension and it says, "The system is experiencing technical difficulties"
Attached is a msg file that contains screenshots and more details.

Basically I'm looking for assistance with.
1. Based off various help files, It mentions installing Nuance NDM's (Nuance Dialogue Modules) for eclipse that allow you to develop apps.
Where do you acquire these NDM's?
2. Are they required to do a basic app that works with Nuance as I've described.
3. Tips on what I may be missing to make OD and EP work with Nuance is the goal of this thread.

This is provided by Nuance. You would add them as submodules to the OD flow to enhance the app you are developing.

They are not required but they can save some work you have to do.

The main thing is to configure EP on EPM to connect to Nuance ASR
