Need support and advice on WebRTC call issue from mobile application.
Issue: Mobile application cannot establish webRTC calls (voice and video) via SBCE
Environment:
Mobile application (android) or browser (chrome) connects AAGW and SM for making webRTC calls via SBCE.
->Browser (chrome) is successfully connecting AAGW and SM via SBCE and making webRTC calls but it fails on a mobile application.
Version Info:
-WebRTC connect version: 4.0.1
-SM / SBCE: 8.1.3
-AAGW: 3.9.1
Observation:
-Mobile application receives Token from AAGW successfully.
-Mobile application sends GET to /csa/resources/tenants/default.
-AAGW responds capability to mobile application via SBCE
-Mobile application does not respond or react anything after receive capability from AAGW
Browser (chrome) responds back ACTIVE request by POST to AAGW after receiving capability. Then AAGW processes originating calls.
Browser uses TURN. (once it is ready for Media in client side, AAWG sends SIP INVITE to SM.)
Mobile application may use Media Tunnel(once it is ready for Media in client side, AAWG sends SIP INVITE to SBCE. SBCE routes SIP INVITE to SM)
Please advice or support how to let mobile application responds after receiving capability from AAGW.
