Hi!
We use Avaya internal enviroment backend service, when i call them from Android OceanaReferenceClient i catch error USER_TEMPORARILY_UNAVAILABLE, but from Web application the conversation goes on without error's.

Please could tell me what could be the reason for error on Android reference client ?

Thank you for your question,
The reason of this error is that the called party has no device registered on his/her behalf, making call setup not possible at this point in time.

Thanks for your answer.

Do you mean that we do not have the correct settings in the server program or we do not have enough equipment?
