Can you please tell us , How to get the ACD queue time from JTAPI>

Is this available or not in JTAPI and also please mention if can get it from call events ?

In ACD address got below exception,

Request: a_20060.getQueueWaitTime()
AddressFrame.getQueueWaitTime(): caught MethodNotSupportedException
Message: unsupported by implementation
