Hello,

I'm using dashboard tool to register an extension. I have a CT User defined with "Unrestricted access".
I can create a session, I can get the device ID for that extenion.

However, when I want to register the terminal without password, registration fails
Registration Reject reason: securityDenial
Login Denied - Access Code invalid. diagnostic string= code= 63773

It is okay when the entering the right password for that extension.
But since SDB was enabled, my expectation is to be able to work without introducing a password (=>unrestricted access).

Can be a problem with the user?

have you checked class of restriction?
5) The extension’s class of restriction (COR) on the Communication Manager has:
“Can Be Service Observed” set to “y”
“Can Be a Service Observer” set to “y”

there is a list of preconditions there (which I believe are drawn from the DMCC programmer's guide), check also condition #1

1)The DeviceID contains the administered switch name associated with a valid switch connection to Communication Manager
2)The switch connection to the Communication Manager is active and talking
3) The SDB on the AE Server is enabled
4) The user has “Unrestricted Access” in the SDB
5) The extension’s class of restriction (COR) on the Communication Manager has:
“Can Be Service Observed” set to “y”
“Can Be a Service Observer” set to “y”

Confirmed, COR was not okay.
