Hi!

I'm trying to invoke SendCCXMLEvent of VPAppIntfService WS. We are the system splitted in two zones and Both of EPM (Primary and Auxiliary) are on default zone for Outbound tasks (POM, Outbound calls, etc...). Inbound applications are on 'Inbound' zone. We are trying to invoke the WS to send an event which must be captured for a CCXML that is running on Inbound zone but the response is:
"AppIntfServiceSOAPImpl::sendCCXMLEvent() the provided Session ID could not be mapped to a known MPP."

As we saw in the logs, WS is requesting to MPPs in default zone, but call is not managed by those MPPs.

What can we do to make WS works in both of the zones?
