You mean for the Web application you can show a link? You can add a link the the Prompt editor using the HTML element and code the <a> tag.

Are you thinking out using the voice ivr app to control the web browser instantly? We can't do that.

but I don't need to control web browser just open link on it and leave customer to interact with web browse separately …

The way it works with OD is you could have a Speech app which offers a menu which gives you some options. When you select a option, the Speech app can send a sms with the http link to the caller instantly. The caller then tap on the link to open the web browser.
