Hi

We have an issue with the client SDK. If an agent tarnsfers a call with a blind transfer and the 3rd party is not answering the call, the agent can not answer the call when it comes back to him over CTI. We tested this with Avaya Workplace 3.11 and it is not working. We also tested it wiht Avaya Workpalce 3.22. With this version it works. Can you confirm, that shis bug sit fixed wiht the SDK 4.15? If yes kan you tell me with which release of the SDK it was fixed? We hav not found any remark on the release notes.

The ClientSDK new release is expected to be available end of November 2021.
Suggesting to adopt the new release like 3.22.

Hi we use the
Avaya Client SDK (formerly Breeze Client SDK) and it is running on Windows.
