After adding the configuration in runtimeconfig, the configuration is stored in ddconfig.xml. Unfortunately, after restart the cluster through websphere the ddconfig.xml file is empty. Also all configuration is empty in runtimeconfig. I don’t know why.

Could you pls help us why configuration is clearing out every time restart.

One thing I know is OD does not clear out the configuration by itself. So there has to be something in the environment that automatically removes the file, and OD simply creates a new one when the file does not exist. It is hard for us to figure it out without looking into your environment. However we don't provide that type of support on customer's app server configuration. You would need to figure out what causes the file to be removed.
