Hi,

I successfully executed the click2call(CCXML) sample application from orchestration designer. When i am trying to dial the host number with the part number from the run.jsp, i see a successful message Launch CCXML succeeded , SessionID = , Totalres = 5, Unusedh323 = 0, UnusedSIP = 5

But i am not able to trigger the host number and connect to part number.

Where do we need to troubleshoot or what else could be the issue or any configuration is missing?

You would have to do some debugging to see if the ccxml on EP got executed. You can look into the logs on the EP side.
