Hi,

We have a couple of recorders (ACR 15.2) currently running connected to Aura 6.3. And Records Avaya Agents / Phones (Remote Workers / Hardphones). PRI Trunks via G45O Gateways.

Is there a possibility to forward customer stream in real-time using DMCC Multi-registration and using Selective Stream to a 3rd party API without affecting the existing recorders' operations?

Have any done such solutions?

You would need to upgrade to Aura 8.1 in order to be able to use selective streams. I do know that some call recorder companies have been testing with selective streams but I do not know if any have been released yet. You could try searching the Devconnect Marketplace.

In general, it should be possible to run a new recorder with ACR still in place. However, I can't say if a particular setup would be problematic without knowing what it was and what other limitations exist.
