Hi,

We have an existing recorder (ACR 15.2) currently running connected to Aura 8.1.3 to record Avaya Agents / Phones (Remote Workers / Hardphones).

Is there a possibility to forward customer stream using DMCC Multi-registration and by using DMCC API to a 3rd party Application without affecting the existing recorders operations?

Have any done such solutions?
