Hi ,

The current solution I'm working on is as follows:

1. Oceana Workspaces custom widget has a click to call button enable for the agent
2. When agent clicks on it this will trigger a REST request to a Breeze snap-in
3. The snap-in will first dial the agent and after agent picking up it will dial the outside/PSTN end user
4. Once end user answers the snap-in will connect both parties so they're able to talk

My question is whether this interaction will appear in analytics, and if not, is it possible use an Oceana / Breeze API to produce/publish (e.g. REF) the interaction/contact so that it appears in analytics contact reports?
