Hi All,

We have created a webservice to insert immediate callbacks, however on the parameters to create the immediate callback the phone number is not one of them. We have added the ANI as part of the text however this requires the agent to manually copy the number and paste it on the dial field within AAAD. Does anyone know how can the ANI can be sent to AAAD to be autopopulated?
