Hi Team

API used to get the digits is LucentV5CallInfo using ecsjtapia.jar.

Now I am not getting the user enter digits using the API callInfo.getUserEnteredCode().getDigits() . Is any changes in ecsjtapia.jar to connect AES 6.3 ?

What is your question? Changes from what starting point? Or changes needed in order to be able to utilize the method you reference?

AES 6.3 is out of support. The customer really should upgrade..

The title of this thread mentions "User Data" but the function is to get User Entered Codes. These are different things. So, are you trying to get:

1. The UUI the is in the call OR
2. The digits that have been entered for a "collect" step in a vector

The version of JTAPI client you use should not affect the operation of this function call. If it worked for you previously, using the same system, but different version of JTAPI, it should still work.
