Hello guys,

Our team captures and filters h225 packets to get dtmf signals dialed by our agents when logging in to their Avaya phones. We use this to determine the agent ID that logged in to the phone. This is in 6.3 CM server.

The DTMF signals sent as h225 packets contain 5 bytes of data and usually start with "0548007f" plus the digit dialed. We tested capturing the h225 packets on our new CM 8.1 but it is not showing this data anymore.


We are currently using 9608 hardphones and firmware version is in 6.8202. Is there anything needed to be adjust on the phones or in the CM config?
