Reading the Widget Framework Documentation and looking in the sample applications the following is stated:
setTransferToServicesList
Allows the setting of a custom list of transfer to service destinations in the Workspaces work
card. This method expects an array of services that will be displayed on the Transfer to Service
dropdown list on an interaction's work card. In order for a Transfer to work the services must
already exist in UCA. It is expected that the widget developer will retrieve this list from UCA and
filter the services list inside the widget

How do I retrieve the list of services from UCA?
