We want to develop and test a third party routing application using MLS, HDX, RTD etc. We have ordered following remote lab for this purpose.
Lab: Avaya Aura Contact Center with CS 1000(http://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_aura_contact_center/development_tools_configurations/remote_lab_avaya_aura_contact_center_with_cs_1000/index.gsp)

I want to know if this would be possible to test application developed using MLS, HDX, RTD etc. on this remote lab.

Yes those protocols will be available to you.
However, it depends what functionality your application requires.
Currently we do not route speach path over VPN - this may impact your ability to 'record' if that is part of your application.
We can provide local resources behind the firewall such as agent greeting which you can use to generate media, but play back of recordings is up to you.

We would not require "Record" functionality. We need to monitor stations, agents CDN, Skill etc to get the real time statuses of calls, stations, agents etc. and will be doing routing only. Can you please suggest me the best suitable interface(s) for this purpose?
