I am having issues accessing CAVs when a call arrives. Issue says "unable to find certificate chain", which points me to the keystore, however I have read on an avaya document that "Mutual Authentication" has to be set to Yes for the application entry on AEP. And that forces my app URL to be https.... which leads into configuring my tomcat app server to handle https requests. Is all this really needed? if yes, is there any documentation that describes the steps to follow?
