We are using CCMS RTD SDK to pull/fetch AACC Realtime statistics in external data source. SDK was working fine but suddenly it stopped working and giving exception "
"login exception: Failed to login due to a failure to read the system record at the remote site (60043)"

We have tried to install SDK on other Server but same error is encountering there as well.
