Hi Team

Is it the way to Monitor Genesys extension using TSAPI and log the call data(UCID, CLI and DNIS) ?

I presume the Genesys extension is connected to Communication Manager as a non-Avaya SIP station. To the best of my knowledge, it is only possible to monitor an Avaya station.

I'm sorry, I do not know what you are asking here. We do not deal with any Genesys equipment.
