Hello, i'm deploying Oceana 3.8.1.1 solution and have an issue with routing calls to ED. According to "Deploying Avaya Oceana", chapter 25 a have add a new sip entity for Breeze cluster with ED service, configured entity link between this entity and SM, and configured LHNR for three Breeze nodes. I see that entity status is "down" and there is no any sip messages in trace between SM and Breeze. If entity monitoring switched off, any call routed to ED fails with "request timeout", and i do not see outgoing "invite" to ED. It looks like Breeze does not accept any connections on port 5060 or 5061. ED web interface works good, i can edit or deploy workflows.
Could anyone please help to understand where is misconfiguration? Is it possible to find any suitable logs on Breeze with cust account only?

I found misconfiguration: there was no entity links between SM and Breeze nodes. When i added links, port 5061 was opened and calls was routed to ED cluster normally.
