Hey AE Services developers. We have an Avaya customer who is looking for a CTI solution that allows SIP station users to selectively drop individuals from ad-hoc conference calls. Is this something that your solution can provide? If so please identify your solution so we can see if it meets our customer’s needs.
The high level requirements for this are
1) Show the agent the current roster for the ad-hoc conference call in which the agent is participating
2) Let the agent selectively drop any of the participants in the call
3) Usable in contact center environments as a client at the agent desktop (thick or web based).
