Hello, a question related to Client SDK licenses.
In case a customer needs to develop a Webrtc client (using javascript SDK) to be used as Agent softphone in a Call Center Elite environment, does he need both Basic and Advanced license for every Agent?
If yes, are these licenses considered as "concurrent" (e.g.: used only when an Agent is logged-in)?
