How do we introduce the ad-Hoc Conference as functionality?

The scenario is the following: We have a 1:1 video conference running but we now want to move it to a 1:N conference op meeting server.
When using Avaya Workspace this is possible and from a configuration perspective it needs the Services=>Phone Service=> Adhoc Conference Address.

What is theWeb Client SDK API call to use to go from the one-to-one call to the involvement of the Conference server through the Adhoc Conference Address. (Searching for Ad-hoc in the API doesn't return any info)
