who tell me where could I download the snap-in, because in the Avaya support page only find the 3.6 version, but haven't smpts for send emails

snap-ins in general are stored on www.avaya.com/support and download access is controlled based on the snap-in itself and any SSO login that has occurred.

In this case use the upper right hand search for "emailconnector"
although you can also search for "email snap-in" but you will get extranious results

Set the filter to downloads.
what I found is here:

which is the 3.2 version. Perhaps by spending more time you can find a more recent version by looking through each of the Breeze release download groups. Maybe they altered the download name in some way so I can not find it.
