Has anyone found a means of bringing focus to a particular widget? You can set the Default widget in Widget Admin and you can configure the screen pop widget to focus when an interaction has a screen pop. However, I can not find a way to programmatically make a widget take focus.
I have a widget I'd like to activate when an agent enters ACW, but it doesn't seem like something that is currently supported.
