I have a question regarding the CCMM web services used to create a CBR (callback) type solution. If we’re utilizing the web comm web services rather than the outbound campaign web services are there any web servers exposed by AACC that can trigger AAD to automatically place the outbound call once the callback OB contact is presented to an agent?

I could possibly use a CCT client to place the call assuming it has access to the callback number but I think this may be overly complicated.

Also, is there any documentation on the following web services?
