Is there any document or article that definitively states what network ports & protocols the RTD SDK uses?

We have recently seen blocked traffic on the firewall on TCP/3095 and TCP/3125 but these ports are outside the port ranges we have been advised the RTD API uses?

For CCMA to receive IP multicasting data from CCMS (needed for Real-Time
Reporting and Agent Desktop Displays).
UDP ports 6020, 6030,
6040, 6050, 6060, 6070,
6080, 6090, 6100, 6110,
6120, 6130

For the CCMA server to send IP multicasting data to client PCs (needed for
Real-Time Reporting and Agent Desktop Displays).
UDP ports 7020, 7030,
7040, 7050, 7060, 7070,
7080, 7090, 7100, 7110,
7120, 7130, 7140, 7150

For the CCMA server to send IP unicast data to client PCs. This is an
optional method of sending the data required for Real-Time Reporting. If you
do not use the multicast method, then you must configure the unicast option.
You can also use a combination of the two methods.
UDP ports 7025, 7035,
7045, 7055, 7065, 7075,
7085, 7095, 7105, 7115,
7125, 7135, 7145 and
7155

Thanks for your reply, but your answer relates to the ports used by CCMA for Real Time Views and not the use of the RTD SDK API (rtdview.exe etc.)

Take a look Page 16 and 41 of this document:

Failing that try running: netstat -ano | findstr

If you need more support, regarding ports opened, I suggest you log a DevConnect Technical Ticket and collect traces.
