Let me explain this case. There is a salesman who has business cards showing his phone number, i.e.05030331148.
If his customers call this number, he actually can pick up the call at his extension number, 5003 via 05030331148.
However like previous VDN case when Ringing event starts, log shows only calling address (his customer's outside line number) and his business number, 05030331148 as called address.
There is no his extension number, 5003 in the logs.
In this case a vendor who set up the Avaya system told us that they did not use VDN features.

- Is there any way to get his extension number at Ringing event?
At Talking event log shows 5003 as called address.
