Dear Sir,

Currently our JTAPI software is monitoring all the extention numbers in the provider as well as terminals of these numbers by adding CallListener which is actually CallControlTerminalConnectionListenerAdapter.
Below I picked up and put some event logs for your reference. Here 05030331148 is a VDN number and its extention number is 5003.
I really want to get an extension number 5003 instead of VDN number, 05030331148.
Please let me know how to get this extension number.

are you sure you aren't saying that 05030331148 is a VDN number and 5003 is the vector assigned to the VDN?
A VDN (Vector Directory Number) is an extension in the dialplan. Vectors are not numbers in the dialplan. A screen shot of the corresponding VDN would clarify this aspect of your question.

Why do you need the vector number?

Hi John,

Thank you for your quick response and help.
Your answer clarified our terminology and what a problem was. Currently we are asking our customer to get a screen shot of the corresponding VDN. Hopefully in the next messase I will show you its screen shot.

Best regards,
