Could you share the RSM status code tables? According to CPE, it was confirmed that RSM state codes depends on status of the agent AND if contact/call exist on that agent or not! Also, it was said that this information should be shared via devconnect. The following is response from CPE.

Furthermore, the customer MUST recognize the fact that RSM state codes depends on status of the agent AND if contact/call exist on that agent or not!

For example:
If agent is idle and he would do logoff-login his RSM state code will be not ready (64) (no calls/contacts present on that agent)
ICCM_NOTRDY 0X00000040 64

Another valid code is 131136, then agent did something which AACC recognize as agent going not ready (by disconnect phone/logoff) during active call
DN_IN_ACTIVE 0x00020000 131072
NOTRDY 0x00000040 64
--
Equal 0X00020040=13136, meaning agent disconnected phone/lost connection/logoff during active call/contact

ICCM_NOTRDY_WALKAWAY 0X00020040 131136

So, both codes 64 and 131136 are valid codes!

Code 65792 is also valid code
NGCC_ACTIVE_DN_IN_ONHOLD = 65792= 0x00010100
