Hi,

I've a webservices that makes a conference (via Jtapi) between agent, customer and Voice Portal. Then, the ws put the agent on hold, because he/she can't listen to the VP.

It's works great.

But now, we've an recorder (WFO) monitoring the station via Service Observer. With this configuration, we can't put the agent on hold and he/she listen to the VP.

Does anyone knows why this happens? Is there another way to do the same thing?
