Hi Team, we are working on an Avaya Client SDK based application. in-between we are facing few issues. Please find the below scenarios.
We have used a new and fresh lab environment which have the Avaya Aura infrastructure 10.xx and we are using latest Avaya SDK which is available in the support portal.
The setup works as expected. But when we connect this same Application into another Avaya Aura system which is hosted in Avaya Devconnect Environment for testing we are facing an issue where the Application and SDK is registering to Avaya System and immediately that the Application crashes and closes. We couldnt able to find more details but from the Development Log we have found a fatal error. which is throwing from the SDK libraries. ( Attaching the details )
from the Logs we could able to understand that the SDK is looking for a features state and which is not setted in the SDK and so its crashing . We need a solution to bypass this crashing issue by catching the exeption properly.
