Hi,

The newly installed license of AAOD which was given on Sept 04, 2013 is throwing the Invalid Runtime License error.
The WebLM resides in the EP and the license is installed in it.

Experience Portal Version:6.0.2.0.0501
Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer Version:6.0.0.1002

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Please find the below trace.log. Also, in the runtimeconfig there was no runtime license url mentioned, so i believe, it shall acquire the runtime license for AAOD from EP.

You have no server set on the VPMS either. Check the security -> licensing page on the VPMS to see what URL you have set.

Hi, I had set in the VPMS -> Security -> Licensing Page; License Server URL:https://192.168.5.33:8443/WebLM/LicenseServer
and it is in this 33 machine the license is installed.

Did you have a AAOD runtime license installed also and Have you load the AAOD runtime license on the app server/workstation too.

The URL is coming back as null which means it is not reading it from the VPMS. Might be a network issue?

In your tomcat/lib/VPAppLogClient.log4j.properties file, set
log4j.logger.com.avaya.vp.applog.client=WARN, VPAppLogClient
to
log4j.logger.com.avaya.vp.applog.client=DEBUG, VPAppLogClient

and see if you gather more information on what might be happening in the VPAppLogClient log

This could be a VP issue and you might need to seek assistance with VP support.
