Hi

I have the problem on outbound Campaign with detail information below:-

- Outbound campaign with preview
- It has three Agent
- Agent01
- Agent02
- Agent03

- All agent is set to ready state
- set "No Answer" disposition code with retry 5 minutes

- contact A to Agent01 and stamp "No Answer" disposition code .
- And then this contact A should bet retry back to skillset group to these three Agent
- Agent01 <Set Ready>
- Agent02 <Set Ready>
- Agent03 <set Ready>

But contact A always is always route back to "Agent01".

It should not be like this. but it should get back to skillset group to these three Agent
- Agent01
- Agent02
- Agent03

isn't it?


Please give me any suggestion and give me solution to fix this case.

Now, I got response from Avaya support who take case case.

It is the standard design on Multimedia flow.
