thanks for the fast reply.

Even if you didn't try that scenario: Do you know how AAAD will behave with OpenQ contacts in general? Or if it IS actually possible to push them back to the queue as email type contacts?

Or will it have to be an OpenQ contact when pushed back - and how is an OpenQ contact handled in AAAD - especially how is it answered, if all the email related data is not present - or how could that data be passed back to CCMM. I can't imagine that being done by intrinsics.

The available documentation about OpenQ compared to the Avaya pricing is a little frustrating, I have to say..

You mention below that support for voice screen pop on AML is introduced in 6.3 Is this available now then ? Can you link me to the docs?

No - screen pop support for AML is not available in 6.3 - but announced for 6.4
We just rechecked that with our Avaya partner

Sorry Michael, only just seen your response from march. I never progressed using OpenQ and I am not aware of how it works. As you say, documentation is limited so in general it has been learning by proof of concept.
