Hi,
I made some changes in my existing call flow and when I tried to check by simulating,I couldn't see any latest changes.Call flow is going on with respect to last one.I tried to update the context & generate code before simulating.But no use ,still the problem is there.
Please help me.

What kind of changes did you make? There are couple places to check generally. First, the Java code would be affected if you make any changes in the flow. Then when you run a call in simulation, you can check in the logs to find out any changes.

I have the same problem with DD 5.1. I am changing an operation node adding a new if condition But the java source file in WEB-INF/src/flow is not updated.

The problem was caused because some Java files (WEB-INF/src/flow/) have the following statement in the comments.
* Last generated by Dialog Designer at: (timestamp generation disabled)
*/
To solve the problem change the statement to a valid past date for example:
* Last generated by Dialog Designer at: 2014-JAN-25 12:49:36 AM
An then save and rebuild again.

The comment should not impede code generation. The timestamp can be enabled and disabled in the Preferences. The reason that someone may want to disable the timestamp is that the exact same code can be generated in case no change has been done; it makes it easier for source checking against the repository.

Some files had that comment and if we modified that node in the flow the java file was not updated with the new code, then we didn't see the changes when we ran the application.

Can you go into Preferences->Avaya->Dialog Designer->Speech and enable Generate timestamp. Then do a Project->Generate Project and see if the timestamps are updated in various places of the java file and check other java files as well.

The Generate timestamp is enabled.
This is curious the developer was working in Mexico city but last week he went to LA California he compiled the application there. I don't know what happen, but the files with the problem have the weekend date.

The date should be whenever the code was re-generated.
