Using NET API and AES 6.2.

I have the following scenario:
1.A phone receives an inbound call from acdgroup (someone calls a number that is entered into a queue and then diverted to any available phone).
2.The phone (user) puts the call on hold.

Question:
It does not seem to be possible to get another inbound call from the acdgroup which is not a problem,
but is it possible to call directly the phone from another in house phone ?
Will it be able to answer or do you have to handle the original call first ?

It is possible to directly call a phone even if it is busy on another call. For this, the phone receiving the call must have at least 3 call appearances.

Can you explain how this works ?

Run the SAT command "change station nnn" on the Communication Manager (nnn is the number of the phone).

On page 4 you can alter the Button Assignments. Make sure there are at least three of type call-appr assigned.
